Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: June 14, 2026
Your Spine & Your Wellness is dedicated to providing digital services that are accessible and inclusive for all visitors. We strive to align our web presence with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA Accessibility Guidelines and the Australian Government Digital Service Standards.
1. Measures to Support Accessibility
We implement the following practices to ensure our website is accessible:
- Semantic HTML Structure: Maintained a strict heading hierarchy (e.g. single
<h1>per page followed by logical headings structure) and semantic landmark blocks for easy screen reader navigation. - ARIA & Labels: Added descriptive attributes (such as
aria-hiddenor unique elementids) to form controls and interactive triggers. - Color Contrast & Focus States: Designed layout colors (specifically dark gray text on light white background, and white text on dark green/orange buttons) to exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio. Maintained visible outline focus rings.
- Responsive Reflow: Enabled responsive layouts that reflow cleanly from mobile viewports to wide displays without loss of information.
2. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some third-party components (such as interactive maps and datepicker dialogs) may occasionally present keyboard focus traps outside our direct control.
3. Feedback & Contact Information
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Your Spine & Your Wellness's website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or require alternative formats for booking or documents, please contact us:
